During a period of a month and a half we had the pleasure to attend the leadership program, which the CoTransition team had created for the team leaders in our company.
The atmosphere they created was very friendly and open, yet very professional, at the same time. Mladen and his team helped us to realize where and what we needed to improve and how to achieve these improvements. This was really helpful and we are still thinking about and applying what we learnt during the program, which, in the end, benefited our teams and the company immensely.
I would gladly work with CoTransition again, in the future.
