My name is Maria Topchiyska and I am Plant manager of Schneider Electric, Bulgaria, Plovdiv plant. I am hereby writing in relation to the Business Agility training conducted by CoTransition in our company in the April 2022.
The training that I refer to was focused on development of business agility skills while covering the new trends in management (agile, scrum, innovation).
My personal observation and the feedback we received from my team, that the training achieved the set objectives. In only two days we managed to go through massive content though presented in pragmatic and adapted to our reality manner.
I appreciate Mladen`s time spent and preparation in advance, to capture the pulse of the company and adapt the program, so that we “speak our language”. Today my team use the content with greater confidence and make use of it on a daily basis.
The course followed a structured agenda, though Mladen managed to keep up with our pace and gave the team space and time to absorb and focus on our priorities. Last but not least, we had fun.
Thus I`m glad to recommend Mladen`s services to all companies that are focused on their employees' growth in an agile manner.
