Working with a coach was an interesting adventure that reminded me of our literature classes in which we analyzed books and novels. Our time with Mladen helped me to discuss cases in my life just like they were part of a movie, theater or novel in which I had the chance to be a participant and an audience.

Taking new leadership roles in the company was a huge step in my career and personal development.

Thanks to the work with Mladen, I learned and realized a lot of specifics of the human interactions, their growth and their communication.

Now I have a case full of instruments which will help me to develop myself and the people around me. As a short glance inside of it, I can share that I can make own development plan, to give and receive constructive feedback, to encourage brave ideas, to listen actively, to accept own emotions and not let them lead me, to value own time, to assess risks, to analyze initial reactions and to learn how to master them.

As a key result of our time together, I'd say that now I'm braver in my actions and decisions which gives me the opportunity to express myself and my ideas in front of more people.
