My name is Elena Vatrachka and I am the Human Resources Manager at Schneider Electric, Bulgaria. I have known Mladen since the beginning of 2020 and from my participation in Design Thinking training. After some time, we developed training for the development of the top managers in our company on the topic of Business agility. The development program emphasized the improvement of managerial skills with the aim of more efficient and flexible management, following new trends, and maintaining high engagement in the company. Mladen took an active part in the development of the program, demonstrating knowledge of the business environment and various training tools. He engaged at a higher level, managed to see the bigger picture, and then proposed solutions that met the specific needs of our business and the needs of our employees.

Moreover, Mladen held several meetings with business leaders to better understand our specifics and particular needs, successfully demonstrating that he works effectively with people at different levels within the team and can work towards creating a good product. On one hand, the main program was developed and followed a plan; on the other, our subsequent work allowed for an individual approach, tailored to the specific needs of our employees.

Both my personal observations and feedback from colleagues indicate that, to date, the program has achieved good results and we will certainly seek its continuation. This, of course, is also a result of Mladen's personal involvement and his contribution.

As a person, Mladen possesses excellent communication skills, is well-organized and consistent, ensuring that the job gets done. He professionally managed the project we worked on together, offering innovative solutions and always ready to help. Mladen remained available to consult me and my colleagues on current issues related to our professional field even after the training.

In this regard, I can confidently recommend Mladen Tomov as a professional with whom any company, investing in the development and training of its employees, should work.
