I am pleased to write a reference for Mladen and his exceptional Agile training services provided to Dynamo Software. As discussed, the collaborative Agile trainings were instrumental in enhancing our company’s workflow and understanding of Agile practices.

During the training, which involved seven groups (two online and five live sessions), Mladen demonstrated remarkable flexibility and structure. He effectively tailored the sessions to meet our specific needs, ensuring that over 80 of our employees participated and benefited from the program.

Our initial goals were to establish a uniform level of understanding of Agile practices across the team. Mladen’s expertise and engaging methods, including various interactive games and workshops, significantly contributed to achieving these objectives. He adeptly addressed and resolved issues such as role discrepancies and differing understandings of tasks, fostering a more cohesive and collaborative environment.

The benefits observed from Mladen’s training are manifold. We now have a well-structured process in place, and we continue to work on maintaining an Agile mindset. Both the management team and I have experienced considerable improvements in our workflow and team dynamics, thanks to Mladen’s guidance.
